The trek takes you through lovely villages, giving insight into the lives of the different people who live in this area, and the amazing terraces and farming that is done in this area. Then there are the beautiful forests, and of course the mind blowing mountains that seemed so close to us at the south and north base camps of Kanchenjunga and when we were crossing the pass from south to north.<br>We had excellent support from our guide Min and our team of 5. They were very conscientious over our welfare and delightful to be with.<br>There was a fuel blockade at the Nepal\/India border at this time which made the logistics of the long overland travel very difficult. Ramesh and Shiva from Nepal Mountain Trekkers did an amazing job organising our bus and jeep to get us to and from the start of the trek and Min sorted any problems on trek efficiently.<br>We are also pleased that the company prioritises trying to bring benefit to the villages, and the welfare of the trekking crew.
