Everest basecamp trekking

We met Mr. Ramesh Dhakal during our Everest basecamp Trek. He was very helpful and very kind. He gave us a lot of helpful advices. We stayed his hotel which name is hotel horizon. Although the hotel is in the centre of Thamel, it is very quiet and very nice and clean. We highly recommend Nepal Mountain Trekkers and hotel Horizon. Our guide Ngima Tamang was very helpful and very kind. We highly recommend him.

Nepal Mountain Trekkers

We met Mr. Ramesh Dhakal during our Annapurna Circuit Trek. He was very helpful and very kind, even though we were not his clients. He gave us a lot of helpful advices and we met him also in Kathmandu at hotel Horizon, which is such a nice place to stay. Although the hotel is in the centre of Thamel, it is very quiet and very nice and clean. We highly recommend Nepal Mountain Trekkers and hotel Horizon.

Kanchenjunga trek

We did a 20 day trek to south and north side Kanchenjunga.
We highly recommend this trek and this company. The trek takes you through lovely villages, giving insight into the lives of the different people who live in this area, and the amazing terraces and farming that is done in this area. Then there are the beautiful forests, and of course the mind blowing mountains that seemed so close to us at the south and north base camps of Kanchenjunga and when we were crossing the pass from south to north.
We had excellent support from our guide Min and our team of 5. They were very conscientious over our welfare and delightful to be with.
There was a fuel blockade at the Nepal/India border at this time which made the logistics of the long overland travel very difficult. Ramesh and Shiva from Nepal Mountain Trekkers did an amazing job organising our bus and jeep to get us to and from the start of the trek and Min sorted any problems on trek efficiently.
We are also pleased that the company prioritises trying to bring benefit to the villages, and the welfare of the trekking crew. Thank you and we hope to be back!

Enjoy trekking and make friends

The owners of Nepal Mountain Trekkers helped me to organize my trip in Nepal. They have not only good tours and prices, but are also very polite and friendly. It was 22 days trekking the Annapurna, wonderful mountains and other smaller trekkings like Nagarkot. I got all support and information during the trips but with attention to my individuality and liberty always . I had one of the best times in my life! I highly recommend these guys !

Beste trekking company

When i was in Nepal i did the mountain trekking with mr Dhakal. It was a wonderfull experience and i enjoyed the mountain. Mr Dhakal is a very nice guy. I will like to recomment this Company to everybody. Next time when i visit Nepal again i do the trekking again with this Company.

Introduction

Hi,
I would like to write this more as an introduction than a review. Nepal Mountain Trekkers grew out of another company, in order for the founders to specalize in providing their customers with personalized and custom tours with a big focus on contributing to and helping communities along their routes. Between them the members have many years of experience in the trekking industry, from tours of Kathmandu, and trekking along the well- trodden routes (such as the Everest and Annapurna circuits), to high altitude peak trekking or reaching into the remote and beautiful areas of the west. So if you are a first timer, or Nepal “addict” like us, give Ramesh a call. You will not be disappointed by their friendly service.

Great adventure

War eine sehr schöne Tour, hatte eigentlich geplant zum Everest Basecamp zu laufen, kurz davor habe ich höhenkrankheit bekommen. Wurde dann wieder zurück geflogen, und hat alles super geklappt, Ersatz Plan wurde dann von der Firma vorgeschlagen. Erst zum chitwan Nationalpark und dann weiter für 5 Tage Wandern in flachem Gebiet, in der Annapurna Region. Mit einem Ziel, denn Sonnenaufgang vom Poon Hill zu sehen. War mit einem Guide über die 18 Tage unterwegs, hat alles super geklappt, mit Unterkünften und Lodges. Komme wahrscheinlich in 2 Jahre wieder um vielleicht dich das basecamp vom Mount Everest zu sehen.

Trekking im Langtang

Eine gute Beratung durch die Agentur, sowie eine gute Organisation der Trekkingroute. Änderungen waren stetes möglich. Unser Guide und Träger waren sehr kompetent und sorgten stets dafür, dass es uns gut geht. Es war eine schöne Reise sodass der Abschied schwer fiel.

Excellent service

Auch wenn ich den Larkya Pass wegen dem schlechten Wetter nicht überqueren konnte und nicht wie geplant dem Annapurna Circuit folgen konnte wurde mein Nepal Urlaub dank der perfekten Organisation durch Ramesh, dem Inhaber von Nepal Mountain Trekkers zu einem schönen Erlebnis. Auch im Vorfeld der Reise eine sehr geduldige und detaillierte Beratung bei der Planung. Immer wenn der Bus irgendwo ankam, war sofort jemand zum Abholen da. Danke an den tollen Guide Krishna, der mir immer zur Seite stand als das Trekking durch die zahlreichen Erdrutsche immer anspruchsvoller wurde. Wenn ich wieder nach Nepal gehe, dann nur mit Nepal Mountain Trekkers.
