Excellent trip for beginning hikers

Trough our stay in Nepal we went to hotel Horizon and they advised us to go to there tourist desk next to the hotel to get travel tips. We could easily plan a trip there to go on a hike for beginners and to visit a wildlife park. The staff members were always very helpful and know what to do during unexpected situations. The trip was excellent prepared and adjusted to our preference.

Customized trekking trip to remote high pass off the beaten trail with great team!

We contacted on a referral from a friend a guide of Nepal Mountain Trekkers, Prem, who was extremely helpful with all the questions we had and put us in contach with Ramesh, the manager of the company. From the get-go Ramesh was quick to answer our (numerous!) questions and to make sure the itinerary we had in mind would happen!

We wanted to trek from the Naar and Phu area of the Annapurna region to upper Mustang through a remote pass, the Terri La, standing at 5600 meters, and which requires 4 days of camping. The trek did not disapoint!

With Ramesh, we had the peace of mind of knowing that we were in the capable hands of a man dedicated to the well-being of his guests and staff.

Our guide and porter, Krishna and D.B., were professional, friendly and made our trek more enjoyable!

Next time we visit Nepal we will definetly use the services of Nepal Mountain Trekkers!

Trek Annapurna Base Camp

Thank you Ramesh for once again organising my group trek. You are extremely efficient and have a great personality, you are easy to communicate with both via email and face to face. Congratulations for having a great team especially TB Ghale who is your Operations Manager and top guide. TB is known for his easy going manner. Always happy polite and one step ahead of his clients requirements. We always feel safe when he is leading us on our mountain adventure. On the ground your staff in the office are very efficient, road vehicles well maintained and always punctual. All accommodation suggested is clean and comfortable. See you all again next season

Unforgettable Trip

I made the everest base camp trekking with the Chola Pass. It was all very well organized: flights, lodges, porter and schedule. My guide Tika Dakhal was amazing. He knows the region and the treks. Above all turned to be a good friend. We made a specially customized itinerary, which made the trip special. I’m very grateful. Highly recommended!

Obwohl die Agentur noch relativ “jung” ist, so kann ich sie nur bestens und von Herzen empfehlen!
Dies nicht nur, weil Ramesh und all seine Guides sehr zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite, einfach liebe und tolle Leute sind und einen guten Job machen. Sondern auch, weil das Wissen und Können, dass mit den Leuten in diese junge Agentur hineingekommen ist, “riiiesig” ist!
Ich kenne Ramesh seit 13 Jahren, war mit ihm, oder über seine Agenturen bereits über sieben mal auf diversen Trekks. Immer war alles ausgezeichnet organisiert. Dass heisst nicht, dass immer alles so lief wie geplant, aber dank der jeweiligen Begleitungen konnte immer alles umorganisiert, alle und jegliche Probleme gelöst werden.
Ramesh kennt sein Land sehr gut, war bereits als Porter unterwegs auf den Trekkinrouten. Diese Erfahrungen kommen seinen Gästen zu gute und fast alle Wünsche und Anliegen können erfüllt werden und auch Trekkinrouten abseits der grossen Touristenrouten sind dank seiner Planung machbar.
Und auch ich kann nur empfehlen, immer einen Guide auf Trkking mitzunehmen. Den nicht nur Kenntnisse über Land und Leute werden vermitttelt, auch der Zugang zu vielen Familien und Orten ist viel rascher und intensiver möglich, wenn einheimische Begleitung dabei ist.
Diesen März waren wir ins Tsum-Valley unterwegs. Ein weiteres, schönes Tal, dass einem die Tibetische Kultur nahe bringt und die Herzlichkeit der Bewohner einem unvergessliche Erinnerungen bescheren.

Langtang Valley Trek – So good!

I went on a trek with my parents, who are over 60, to the Langtang Valley. We were taken with our guide and hotel owner and now friend, Ramesh, who was amazing in organising it and catering it to our needs. It was a stunning time, and the friends we made were an absolute highlight – including our two porters, Amar and Pralad, who were just the best guys to be spending this time with. I highly recommend going on a trek with these guys, it’s so well organised, and Ramesh can cater for whatever your needs are – in our case, the distance we were travelling each day was a bit too much for my parents, and our days were shortened accordingly, and Ramesh was happy to do so. He certainly made me feel like one of the boys, enjoying some chang rice beer with local families once we’d reached the highest point of the trek, which I might add is so worth the trek. It is a stunning place, nestled in between the snowy mountains, with options to do some day walks from there to some of the peaks – which I highly recommend! There was a lot of laughs along the way – it was actually turned into just a hilarious and fulfilling time because of our guide and porters, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go with them again!

Nepal Mountain Trekkers is the perfekt agency

I did a trip to Kathmandu and some trekking to the Annapunda area. Even that I traveld allone, because a friend of mine got ill was no problem. I felt really save and good informed. Our guid Suman and our Potter Pralad made a perfect job. They fulfilled all my wishes and made a dream come true. It was an amazing trip and I would go by them anytime again!

Nepal Mountain Trekkers eine Tolle erfahrung

Ich war mit den Nepal Mountain Trekkers Anfang April 2018 im Annapurna gebiet unterwegs.
Unser Guide Suman Gurung und Träger Pralad Simkhada waren sehr nett und zu vorkommend, haben alles möglich gemacht und sich hervorragen um uns gekümmert, so dass wir einen sorgenfreien Urlaub genießen konnten.
Selbst als ich durch eine Magenverstimmung aussetzen musste, wurde alles in die Wege geleitet das es mir wieder besser geht und ich den Treck beenden konnte.
Großes Lob an die beiden.
Wenn ich das nächste mal nach Nepal komme werde ich wieder mit Nepal Mountain Trekkers meine Reise / Treck planen.
Die Guides kennen sich Hervorragend in der Gegend aus und haben viele persönliche Kontakte Stätten und Dörfern was sehr hilfreich sein kann.

Von mir gibt es da einen fetten Daumen nach oben!

Everest base camp solo trek

EBC was an absolutely wonderful adventure. The views of the highest mountains are simply wonderful. Ramesh (owner of Nepal Mountain Trekkers) arranged a guide for me who was very careful, helpful and nice person. During the trek, Ramesh also called me several times and asked about the trek and any difficulties if I faced or not. I must say that Ramesh is a very careful, responsible and trustworthy person. This was my first visit in Nepal and I met Ramesh hardly for 2 days. He is now a very good friend of mine. I look forward to the next Nepal trek with the Nepal Mountain Trekkers!
